Genting!!!

Uh, umm, I really have no idea how I end up on the peak!
I mean, Ong, Jeannie, Won Jie, Shih Leng and I were only supposed to have a *peaceful* dinner over at Desa Kepong. Eat some crab. Crap a bit. Then go home or something... But, yeah we still went home, but to change to proper attire then to go to Casino de Genting! :S

The dinner was OK. We were quite late. Reached Desa around 10++ and we're considered lucky to still be able to eat some crab. RM18 per kg is darn cheap. Most importantly, it's taste good, if not great.

Dinner time was filled with guess-what's-in-the-wrapping question of Jeannie's birthday gift. It was a purplelish-pink Guess hand bag with metal straps!!! Uh... Nvm.

Well, after dinner, went home to change. Then up we go.. Reached the peak @ 2AM. The casino was crowded. I have no idea why there's so many people so in the mood to gamble at time like this and it's weekdays! Isn't the tomorrow supposed to be a working day?! Anyhow, we walked around and stopped at the Blackjack table. Me and Ong then went to the slot machines to play a bit. I happily won RM60 something, by pressing just one button and I still don't know why I won after collecting the winnings. The sounds of coins dropping from slot machine is SO NICE to hear... That feeling is GOOD :p

Me and Ong went back and meet up with the gurls at the Blackjack table and put some bets... Won again! haha... People say beginner's luck is always there. Now I believe.

But I also believe that addict luck is sux. So this kind of thing, do once in a while is enough... LOL.

That's for now... ZZZzzzzzz....

Fernie's back to the States

It's last week when Fernie touched down at KL and attended Dr Yap & Angeline's wedding, and now she's gone back to the States. She's finally got her Green Card though. Good for her. I was at the airport for the 2nd time in a space of less than a month. Went on for Bak Kut Teh after sending off Fernie at Dengkil. Thanks to Roshan or Jason, we missed the turning in to Dengkil and made a big round back and wasted another 15 minutes... Hehe... But "Wei Dao Hao" (Good Taste in mandarin) was good, if not, Roshan would've been paying for the bill!

Anyhow, I don't think I'll be seeing Fernie until next year. All the best to you there yeah.

Wedding Bells :)

Woman are not to be understood, but to be loved
- Tony Khong

Didn't have time to write anything this whole week but still managed to change my blog location from MSN Spaces to Blogger instead. The reason - I gain more control and Blogger is more comfortable to use.

Well another pair of lovey dovey couple just got married just days ago. Dr Yap and Angeline Khong (Jason's elder sister) held a wedding dinner at the clubhouse of their new apartment in Goh Tong Jaya last Saturday, 5th March 2005. I forgot what's the restaurant called. The only thing I can remember is the pool :D LOL. Anyway, Ong, Shih Leng and me were expecting to be late because the dinner was said to be starting around 7PM. We arrive 8.10PM but guess wut? We're just in time to see the Bride and Groom walk to the centre stage, just after being introduced by the Master of Ceremony, backed up with Jacky Cheung and Priscilia Chan's rendition of Country Spirit's TVB series love theme. It sounds so good and the couple look so good that night :)

A Walk To Remember :)

(More pics at Life Taste Good)

Dinner was serve almost immediately. Someone in our table commented about us always getting the dishes first because Jason's sitting with us! Hmmm... Conspiracy Theory? Doesn't matter, as long as it kept our stomach filled! ha ha...

The dinner actually ended quite fast. It lasted for about two and a half hour only. By 10.30PM, the dining area is virtually empty, just a few of us sitting there waiting to celebrate Fernie's birthday and give her a *small* surprise :P

The Secret Recipe's Chocolate Fudge is out. Strong winds means Fernie had to make her wish with the cake almost completely covered with the box... Wish wished. Candles blown, it's time for that same 'ol tradition again! 13 candles altogeher, 12 small and 1 big means 22 years of age. Fernie was quite quick in removing all the candles, except, of course, the final on in the middle when *someone*'s quick hand means the cake is destroyed and there goes the cake. A quick plan then struck my mind as I pursue the original plan of throwing our birthday gurl to the pool. Volunteered to wipe out the chocolates in her face before pulling her to the pool... ha ha ha... But I didn't pool strong enough, she slipped and fell down just before she fell in the pool, hurting her ankle :( Everything happened so fast. Split seconds. She was still cleaning up herself in a second, and the next second she's already suffering from the Titanic kinda temperature in the pool :P

Ah... The water is sooo coool!

She's bleeding when she came up of the pool. So we went up to the Bride and Groom's new apartment nearby (Block D) to look for some treatment. We have to go up anyway for her to change and clean up the chocolate mess... LOL

We hang out for awhile at the apartment. Balcony view was good, if not fantastic. Decent apartment, just nice for a newly wed couple, plus 1 or 2 kids for the future! hehehe...

We went back around 1AM.

I hereby wish Dr Yap and Angeline Khong a very congratulations on their marriage and have many many lovely years ahead. Enjoy!

Morning Sunshine :)

It's just like any other ordinary morning when you get up, get ready, grab something really light for your stomach, and go to work. Just suddenly felt like typing so got into here. I don't really know what to type now. My brain's kinda empty now. Deep Blue Something's Breakfast At Tiffany have been playing a few times loop.

Another new day has come. Time to continue and work hard :)

Good day everyone.
